• Organization of the exchange of opinions and experiences.
• Stimulation of the cooperation between the companies, the governmental institutions, the scientific centers and the laboratories which are concerned with this technology.
• Consultation of and cooperation with institutions supporting education and science.
• Non economical support of the foundation of companies concerned with the production of components, devices and systems of the pulsed power technology.
